I'm Dessa, Associate General Counsel here at Customer.io. We're hiring a Legal Assistant to help our growing Legal team operate at its best. This is a role for someone who loves bringing structure to fast-moving environments — the kind of person who sees a messy folder system and genuinely wants to fix it, who gets excited about finding a better way to route a contract, and who looks at AI tools as a competitive advantage rather than a novelty. You'll work closely with Legal, Sales, RevOps, and Finance to keep core legal workflows running smoothly, while helping us push the boundaries of how a modern legal team operates.
