The Legal Assistant will support the Legal and Compliance functions of the Hong Kong entity, assisting with regulatory documentation, licensing submissions, legal administration, and coordination with internal stakeholders. The role will work closely with the Compliance/AML MIC to ensure regulatory documentation, corporate records, and compliance materials are properly maintained and prepared. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and documentation support to the Legal and Compliance teams. Assist in preparing and organizing materials for regulatory submissions, including documentation related to VASP licensing applications and regulatory filings.
