K. ) from an accredited institution, Licensed to practice law in the United States, Canada, or the United Kingdom (active or inactive), legal writing, analytical, and critical thinking skills, High attention to detail and ability to follow structured evaluation frameworks
Nice to Have
Experience with e-discovery tools (e. g. , Relativity, document review, privilege analysis), Exposure to appellate or trial work, Familiarity with legal case management systems

We are seeking Litigation-focused Legal AI Specialists to contribute their expertise in civil litigation, motion practice, discovery, and trial strategy. In this role, you will design realistic legal scenarios, evaluate AI-generated outputs, and help improve how advanced models reason about complex legal matters. This opportunity is ideal for early-career litigators and legal professionals who excel in analytical thinking, legal writing, and structured evaluation. **Requirements** **What You’ll Do** * Design realistic legal scenarios based on civil litigation practice, including motions, discovery, depositions, briefs, and case strategy * Draft “gold standard” responses at attorney-level quality to guide AI model learning * Evaluate and grade AI-generated outputs using structured rubrics and legal standards * Provide detailed written feedback to improve accuracy, reasoning, and legal soundness * Participate in onboarding sessions, office hours, and specialty calibration discussions **Who You Are** * 1–4 years of professional experience in civil litigation (law firm, government, or in-house legal team) * Hold a J.D.
