The team acts as a trusted business partner, collaborating daily with stakeholders to support firm operations and manage legal risk. **What your role will look like** As a Legal Advisor, you play a key role in safeguarding the firm’s legal interests while enabling the business to operate confidently and compliantly. Your work matters because it directly supports decision‑making, risk mitigation, and the firm’s day‑to‑day activities across a broad range of legal topics. * Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice to business teams on matters such as employment law, commercial law, corporate law, intellectual property, and data protection. * Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts with clients, partners, and suppliers, ensuring alignment with firm standards and risk appetite. * Develop and maintain contract templates, legal clauses, and internal policies that support efficient and consistent ways of working. * Contribute to the implementation and ongoing compliance with PwC network policies and standards, including global contracting and co‑branding requirements. * Anticipate legal risks by analysing business scenarios and proposing practical mitigation measures. * Conduct legal research and deliver concise, solution‑oriented analyses to support business decisions. * Share knowledge through legal updates and training sessions, strengthening legal awareness across the firm. **Your growth and opportunities** You will broaden your exposure across multiple areas of business law in a complex, international professional services environment.
