Must Have
Recognised legacy management qualification, Institute of Legacy Management Certificate in Legacy Administration, Qualified private client solicitor, Proven experience in similar charity, Proven experience in legal probate role, Good understanding of Probate Law, Good understanding of Trust Law, Good understanding of income tax, Good understanding of inheritance tax, Good understanding of capital gains tax, Knowledge of relevant Charity Law legislation, Ability to make decisions quickly, Ability to make decisions confidently, Use initiative and judgement, Eligibility to work in UK, Basic Disclosure and Barring Service check

What You'll Do.
Manage mixed caseload of residuary cases
Manage reversionary cases
Manage discretionary cases
Manage contentious cases
Develop working relationships with executors
Ensure cases are managed effectively

Support development of legacy pipeline
