Must Have
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, LEED AP BD+C, 5+ years’ proven experience in managing the LEED certification process for at least two LEED-certified projects (minimum Gold rated) of comparable size and scope, Experience to include LEED BD+C project administration services, from design to final handover, production and submission of the LEED supporting documentation to USGBC/GBCI, up to the successful achievement of the LEED certification award, Minimum 10 years of progressive experience, understanding of environmental impact assessment and environmental management systems, Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, Commitment to sustainability and environmental stewardship
What You'll Do.

Monitor and evaluate the environmental and social impacts of the project and make necessary adjustments to minimize negative impacts
Develop and implement policies and guidelines related to sustainability
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in sustainable development and best practices in green building and urban planning
Represent Parsons in meetings with clients
Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and sustainability standards
Promote a culture of sustainability throughout the project
