What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Experience in product management or building digital solutions (5 to 10 years), Thorough understanding of industrialization processes, with experience in PLM projects and ERP or MES projects (design or deployment), knowledge of master data principles and technical overlaps among digital platforms (PLM, ERP, MES, SCM, etc. ), Experience in Data transformation and Analytics, Understanding of LLMOps and experience with PLM interface design and implementation, drive and ability to build & share product vision, Excellent communication & presentation skills, including with executive stakeholders, Proven business sense, ability to make decisions, think strategically, and partner with various teams, Solid knowledge of Lean & Agile practices & Integration, cross-functional leadership & influencing skills

What You'll Do.
Co-define product strategy for the LEDP Integration Hub with business stakeholders
and product owners of connected digital products
and communicate the product roadmap aligned with business objectives and M&S Launch activities
Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria for the Integration Hub features
and prioritize the product backlog
ensuring incremental value delivery every sprint
Work cross-functionally with business areas
and senior stakeholders in MSAT and M&S
Collaborate daily with the Scrum Master and delivery team
addressing questions and solving issues
