A postgraduate qualification in the relevant discipline, Membership of an appropriate professional body, Demonstrated ability to undertake teaching, associated administrative duties, coordination, and curriculum development at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels., Demonstrated ability to teach across multiple disciplines within the Business sphere, with a primary focus on accounting and additional experience in finance, economics, taxation, statistics, and business law., Demonstrated commitment to leading edgeest practice education, including blended learning, online teaching, project-based learning, industry-based learning., Proven track record of high student satisfaction, supported by consistently positive teaching evaluation results., High level of oral and written communication skills when engaging with students, staff and industry partners supported by multi-cultural awareness., Demonstrated ability to work productively and cooperatively with others in a team environment., Demonstrated ability to mentor and manage large teaching teams across multiple campuses.

prepare and deliver lectures
assess students in the relevant discipline
developing and supporting academic programs
working with the academic team in the development of program change and innovation
mentor and counsel students on academic matters
masters and PhD students
contribution to the School’s research output and impact
assume administrative tasks associated with normal teaching duties
contribute to School management and administration generally
participate in activities that foster and build further on existing links with government
prepare and conduct classes in specified teaching areas in a variety of modes including face to face
blended and/or online
engaging and industry relevant curriculum in specified teaching areas
diligently set and assess authentic assessment tasks
ensure the delivery of high-quality teaching
be attentive to and provide internationalisation opportunities in curriculum and pedagogy development
facilitate professional learning for the School’s students
engage in professional development
develop and support the academic programs
work with the academic team in the development of program change
and external accreditation
contribute to academic program development
unit development and the management activities of the School including assurance of learning and quality equivalent assessments
