Must Have
experience across finance disciplines, financial planning, forecasting, controllership, reporting, Solid understanding of accounting standards (IFRS), financial processes, reporting frameworks, Experience working in commercial environments, exposure to forecasting, planning, performance management, Proven ability to operate in complex, matrix organisations, multiple stakeholders, Demonstrated experience in leading and developing teams, people management skills, analytical and problem-solving capabilities, support decision-making through data, Excellent communication and presentation skills, Ability to build relationships, work effectively in a multicultural environment, Advanced English
