Experience assessing, processing, and making determinations regarding accommodation and leave requests, detail orientation and organizational skills, Self-management to independently complete assignments and successfully manage deadlines, Demonstrated ability to keep sensitive matters confidential, Ability to apply deductive reasoning, research and problem-solving skills to analyze case details, assess needs and determine next steps, Demonstrate solid Excel skills and computer literacy, Must display a understanding of key federal, state, and local leave and disability accommodation law requirements

Serve as a liaison between associates

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Work directly to support associate(s), managers, HR team and vendor(s); Serve as a liaison between associates, managers, Human Resources, Workers Compensation and Legal team members; Serve as a resource to third party leave administrator; Coordinate communications between third-party administrator and key stakeholders

Communication Scope

Communication skills and ability to articulate leave and accommodations information to associates, managers, third parties and Human Resources
