What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related or equivalent relevant experience., 3+ years of experience in Leave of Absence and/or benefits administration, with deep expertise in U. S. leave Canada experience strongly preferred., Demonstrated expertise in FMLA, ADA, state PFML programs, disability, and accommodations processes., Proven experience working cross-functionally with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, People Technology, and external vendors., analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into operational insights.

Nice to Have

Experience owning or designing accommodations processes at scale., Customer service experience with delivery of SLA-driven metrics and performance standards., Familiarity with AI-driven HR tools or platforms such as automation software, or predictive analytics tools to streamline HR processes., Experience in identifying opportunities for process automation within HR processes using technologies like workflow automation, data integration tools, or reporting platforms to improve efficiency and accuracy., Willingness to stay updated with the latest AI and technology trends in HR to continuously improve processes and strategies.

Own LOA process for US and Canada

Ensure ongoing compliance with federal

Oversee US accommodations process

Partner with People Services

Monitor and manage third-party vendors

Serve as mentor and leader

Develop and maintain knowledge articles

Ensure accurate tracking

Contribute to regional and global initiatives

Team & Collaboration

Close partnership with People Services, Payroll, Benefits, People Advisors, People Relations, Technology, and third-party vendors; Partnering with global and regional teams to drive consistency, governance, and scalable global frameworks
