What You'll Do.
Manage lease signing process
Develop relationships with residents
Practice consultative sales approach
Take charge of follow-up process
Keep meticulous notes
Record telephone visits
Record in-person visits
Distribute renewal notices
Follow-up on renewal notices
Provide exceptional service
Answer resident questions
Submit maintenance requests
Work with Community Manager
Assist with move-in inspection
Assist with move-out inspection
Assist with daily inspection
Report repairs needed
Assist with outreach marketing
Drive prospective resident traffic
Assist with market surveys
Shop competitive communities
Assist marketing team
Plan resident functions
Attend resident functions
Assist Management with tasks
Assist Management with projects
