About the Role: The Leasing Specialist will show model units to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants, renew leases with current tenants, and serve as a point of contact for prospects and residents to field questions and address concerns. This position will perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property's revenue and occupancy goals. They will also remain informed about current market conditions and competitor performance that may impact the community's occupancy and financial results. The Leasing Specialist will report directly to the Leasing Manager and/or Community Manager. ## Responsibilities Maintain extensive knowledge of apartment availability, current residents, lease expiration schedules, and amenity offerings. Execute digital and physical marketing initiatives to drive external traffic to the property. Ensure that the property remains in tour-ready condition at all times. Greet prospects, conduct property tours, and show model apartments. Communicate with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction by writing follow-up emails, sending thank-you notes, and making telephone calls to solidify tours and finalize decisions to lease/renew.
