What You'll Do.
Maintain positive resident relations
Update availability report
Process applications for approvals
Ensure apartment is ready for move-in
Follow-up on prospects
Refer prospects to sister communities
Secure new resident signature
Distribute renewal notices
Follow-up on renewal notices
Accept rental payments
Complete appropriate paperwork
Input information on Yardi System
Maintain current resident files
Distribute company notices
Maintain monthly commission records
Assist management team
Implement policies of the community
Receive telephone calls
Receive in-person visits
Listen to resident requests
Listen to resident concerns
Listen to resident comments
Complete maintenance service request
Inform the maintenance team
Answer resident questions
Follow up on resident matters
Ensure maintenance repairs are handled satisfactorily
Contact residents with completed Service Requests
Maintain open communication with Community Manager
Maintain open communication with Maintenance Supervisor
Contribute to cleanliness of the community
Contribute to curb appeal of the community
Assist in planning resident events
Attend resident events
Participate as host for resident events
Conduct business in accordance with company policies
Conduct business in accordance with company procedures
Conduct business in accordance with Fair Housing
Conduct business in accordance with ADA
Conduct business in accordance with apartment industry laws
Manage compliance file maintenance
