Listen to resident requests
Complete maintenance service request
Inform maintenance team
Answer resident questions
Follow up on resident matters
Contact residents with completed Service Requests
Maintain open communication with management
Contribute to cleanliness of community
Contribute to curb appeal of community
Assist in planning resident events
Attend resident events
Participate as host for events

The incumbent in this role must possess a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement for our residents and the workforce.
