What You'll Do.
Maintain positive resident relations
Complete application and secure deposit
Update availability report
Process applications for approvals
Ensure apartment is ready for move-in
Follow-up on prospects that did not close
Refer prospects to sister communities
Secure new resident signature
Orient new residents to community
Assist in monitoring renewals
Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices
Accept rental payments
Type lease and complete paperwork
Input information on Yardi System
Maintain current resident files
Distribute company or community notices
Maintain accurate monthly commission records
Assist management team with tasks
Implement policies of the community
Receive telephone calls and visits
Listen to resident requests
Complete maintenance service request
Inform the maintenance team
Answer resident questions
Follow up on resident matters
Contact residents with completed Service Requests
Maintain open communication with management
Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal
Assist in planning resident events
Attend events and participate as host
Conduct business in accordance with company policies
Manage compliance file maintenance
