Incumbents must have valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, Incumbents need to be able to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods of time and bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas, Incumbents must be able to work inside and outside in all weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, hail, wind, sleet), Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Rare or regular travel may be required to assist other properties as needed, attend training classes, business meetings, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position, Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which includes taking “call” during evenings, weekends and holidays
What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1-2 years of Leasing experience, Lease-up experience, Take over experience, Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, Ability to stand, walk, and/or sit for extended periods, Ability to bend, stoop, climb ladders, reach, carry objects, and crawl in confined areas, Ability to work inside and outside in all weather conditions, Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty-five (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance

Conduct community tours
Perform credit screening
Perform criminal background checks
Prepare lease and move-in package
Ensure smooth resident move-in
Inspect apartments before move-in
Ensure apartments are move-in ready
Schedule outstanding items with maintenance
Stay informed about market and competitor conditions
Develop and implement marketing plans
Design and execute marketing activities
Implement resident referral programs
Implement employer outreach programs
Use internet marketing tools
Track apartment availability
Record traffic and leasing activities
Manage resident and prospect data
Capture demographic information
Ensure community and show units meet standards
Inspect marketing corridor and leasing tour daily
Communicate maintenance needs to team
Merchandise and ensure appealing show unit
Prepare leasing office for daily activities
Follow-up with prospects and new residents
Finalize decisions to lease and/or renew
Execute lease renewal program activities
Prepare lease renewal letters
Meet with and contact renewing residents
Ensure lease renewal documents are signed
Respond to resident and client/owner concerns
Take prompt action to solve problems
Document and convey requests to appropriate individuals
