To learn more, visit [www.greystar.com](http://www.greystar.com). **JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY** This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Property Type: Lease-Up** **Unit Count: 140 Schedule: Thursday-Monday; Weekend Availability required; Wednesday-Sunday 9am-6pm *subject to change depending on business needs.** **Requirements: 1-2 years of leasing experience required.****Ability to lease in a fast-paced environment, experience in high-end buildings or luxury product, lease management experience, attention to detail, comfortable with marketing outreach. Yardi or CRM experience preferred.** **Housing Discount: This position is eligible for 20% housing discount.** Essential Responsibilities: • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue
