To learn more, visit [www.greystar.com](http://www.greystar.com). **JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY** This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Property Type: Stabilized** **Unit Count: 1221 Schedule: Weekend Availability required; 9am-6pm *subject to change depending on business needs. ** **Requirements: 3-5 years of leasing experience required. OneSite experience required.** **Housing Discount: This position is eligible for 20% housing discount.** Essential Responsibilities: • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals by greeting and qualifying prospects, conducting community tours and showing apartments, processing applications, credit screening, and criminal background checks, preparing the lease and move-in package
