To learn more, visit [www.greystar.com](http://www.greystar.com). **JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY** This position is responsible for coordinating the community’s marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals by performing all activities related to leasing to new residents, providing resident satisfaction throughout the term of the lease, and securing resident lease renewals. **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Property Type: Stabilized** **Unit Count: 323 Schedule: Weekend Availability required; Thursday-Monday; 9am-6pm *subject to change depending on business needs. ** **Requirements: 1-2 years of property management experience with leasing is required. Needs someone ****comfortable for doing all resident related duties including events, renewals, handling resident issues and entering work orders.** **Yardi or CRM experience is preferred.** **Housing Discount: This position is eligible for 40% housing discount.** Essential Responsibilities: • Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s revenue and occupancy goals
