About this role: The Leasing Professional is responsible for marketing and promoting rental units, showcasing the community to prospective renters, securing commitments and deposits, and assisting in the general administration of the property under the supervision of the Community Manager or Resident Manager. Hourly pay range: $25.00 - $26.00 DOE What you’ll do - Includes but are not limited to: Leasing Responsibilities: Market and promote the community and available units in a professional and persuasive manner. Schedule and conduct property tours with prospective residents, showcasing apartments and community amenities. Identify prospective residents’ needs and provide tailored solutions while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic demeanor. Accurately explain lease terms, community policies, and rental rates to prospects and residents. Secure commitments and complete necessary leasing paperwork promptly and accurately.
