OPPORTUNITY Boom is looking for a detail-oriented, process-driven Leasing Operations Lead (Contractor) to own the end-to-end applicant experience on behalf of our property management partners. This is a new function at Boom - you'll be the person who builds it. You'll manage the full applicant lifecycle: reviewing income documentation, verifying supporting materials, issuing approval and denial guidance, and communicating with applicants through to a final decision.
