Provide exceptional leasing support for a premium Build to Rent operation
Uphold brand standards
Support the leasing process to maximise returns and minimise vacancy downtime
Conduct leasing inspections
Actively engage with residents to support retention strategies
Manage all inbound enquiries (in-person
Respond to initial queries
Manage available stock
Conduct engaging and high-quality site tours
Create and upload rental listings
Maintain and manage the prospect database
Support the preparation of weekly leasing dashboards
Conduct follow-ups with prospects
Record and analyse feedback from site tours
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends
Support the achievement of leasing targets
Liaise with Resident Services and Maintenance teams to coordinate smooth resident move-ins and move-outs
Deliver exceptional customer service
Create memorable and personalised tour experiences
Actively promote community initiatives
Assist with resident inductions
Collaborate with marketing teams on targeted campaigns
Optimise digital channels
Build relationships with corporate clients
Support online reputation management
Ensure all lease documentation complies with relevant residential tenancy legislation and company policies
Support lease renewal processes
Maintain accurate leasing records
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resident transitions
Conduct regular market analysis
Prepare leasing performance reports
Analyse conversion data
Monitor resident feedback and satisfaction metrics
Track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Provide insights and recommendations
Leverage property amenities in leasing presentations
Ensure show units and common areas are maintained to a high standard
Contribute ideas for amenity programming
Support the implementation of retention strategies
Collaborate with the Community Manager to enhance resident satisfaction and engagement
Assist in resolving escalated leasing-related or resident concerns
