What You'll Do.

You'll lead new and renewal leasing transaction activity for small and midsize (5+ person) office spaces, working both independently and in collaboration with Leasing Directors and Portfolio Director on larger, more complex deals. This role requires a balance of commercial acumen, customer-centric thinking, and local market expertise. You’ll be the face of WeWork to prospective members—listening actively, guiding tours with insight and enthusiasm, and crafting tailored workspace solutions that meet their needs.
