COMPENSATION RANGE: $60,000-$75,000 consisting of a combination of base salary plus bonus for achieving leasing waypoints. Our organization has built more than 3.5 million square feet of projects, with an additional 300,000 square feet currently under construction. The Intrinsic Development team has successfully developed everything from hospitality venues, to mixed-use, multi-family, hotels, clinics, offices and restaurants across 6 Midwestern states. We are excited to expand into Lee's Summit, Missouri which will be the new home for our corporate office. This expansion coincides with the launch of our new 260+ acre mixed-use development, Discovery Park Lee's Summit, which will feature approximately 2,900 luxury multi-family units, as well as over 660,000 square feet of retail, office, entertainment, hospitality space, and other related commercial uses. THE LEASING MANAGER POSITION: Intrinsic Development is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Manager to join the team at Alura Luxury Apartments, the newest luxury apartment community in Lee's Summit. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing all leasing operations to achieve occupancy goals and deliver an exceptional resident experience. This role actively participates in day-to-day leasing while leading, training, and supporting the leasing team to ensure consistency, compliance, and high performance across all leasing activities. THE LEASING MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and participate in the full leasing process from lead generation through lease signing, move-in, and renewal. Maintain accurate records of all leads, tours, and resident interactions in Entrata and on guest cards.
