Must Have
All licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions, Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property
What You'll Do.
Manage community marketing
Achieve revenue and occupancy goals
Monitor on-site traffic and apartment inventory
Set rent pricing and concessions
Develop marketing plans and goals
and advertising strategies
Develop print and internet advertising strategies
Promote community using available technology
Generate sales and leasing reports
Ensure community appearance and safety standards
Enhance apartment and community salability
Inspect units for marketability
Create mini-models and merchandising techniques
Generate and monitor traffic
Prepare lease documentation
Complete move-in procedures
Analyze financial and operational reports
Identify and resolve leasing performance issues
Make presentations on marketing and leasing strategies
Oversee lease renewal program
Manage resident lease renewal functions
Manage communication and notification process
Assist with resident move-outs
Respond to resident concerns
Respond to client concerns
Respond to owner concerns
Take action to solve problems
Document and convey requests
Supervise leasing team members
Manage team performance
