What You'll Do.

Achieve community's revenue and occupancy goals

Direct community's marketing

advertising and sales activities

Oversee on-site traffic

Ensure appropriate inventory of ready apartments

Set rent pricing and concessions

Monitor day-to-day sales and leasing activities

Stay informed about market and competitor conditions

Develop and implement marketing plans and goals

Implement creative strategies around pricing

Develop print and internet advertising strategies

Use available technology to promote the community

Communicate with potential prospects

Use Company’s property management software

Generate sales and leasing reports

Work with maintenance team

Ensure physical aspects meet Company's standards

Develop activities to enhance salability

Inspect ready units for marketability

Use merchandising techniques

Participate in leasing process

Generate and monitor traffic

Prepare lease documentation

Complete move-in procedures

Review and analyze financial reports

Analyze traffic and closing ratios

Analyze operational reports

Identify and resolve issues impacting leasing performance

Access Company’s internal resources

Make presentations about marketing and leasing strategies

Make presentations about results

Oversee lease renewal program

Sponsor resident lease renewal functions

Manage communication and notification process

Assist with resident move-outs

Respond to resident concerns

Respond to client/owner concerns

Take prompt action to solve problems

Document and convey resident requests

Convey requests to appropriate individual(s)

Supervise community’s leasing team members

Manage team performance
