CEA Qualified, at least 5 years of relevant experience in retail leasing, Skilled in Negotiation & Marketing, Detail-Oriented & Analytical, A Communicator
What You'll Do.
Oversee leasing activities
including the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements
collaborate with solicitors on lease documentation
Prepare annual budget forecasts
generate monthly management reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making
Stay updated on retail trends and concepts
constantly reviewing the tenant mix to maintain a high occupancy rate
Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants
ensuring timely resolution of tenancy-related matters
and operational handovers
Oversee Gross Turnover (GTO) and arrears management
work closely with the Finance team on billing
and property tax issues
Manage submissions for applications
such as changes in use
liaise with relevant authorities on lease-related matters
