What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2 years of sales and customer service experience required, High school diploma required, Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills, attention to detail and problem-solving is required, Must be a self-starter with high degree of initiative, agility, creativity and flexibility, Ability to work with a diverse group of people with varying interests, while being culturally aware
Nice to Have
College Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, Yardi is an asset
What You'll Do.
Handle inquiries from prospective residents
Provide superior customer service
Promote a sense of community
Follow up with prospects
Enhance the customer experience
Encourage appointments or viewings
Conduct viewings of the property and suites
Sell the value of the property and its features
Qualify prospective residents
Welcome new residents and provide orientation
Actively promotes referral programs
Monitor the sales path daily
Maintain detailed knowledge of suite inventory
Review advertisements for quality and pricing
Recommend ideas for continuous improvement
Assist in the creation of marketing reports
Inspect upcoming suite availabilities
Inform personnel of deficiencies or problems
Monitor reports to analyze traffic trends
Collect and ensure accurate prospect information
Assist with coordination of moving elevator reservations
Assist with completion of suite inspections
Conduct market surveys
