Ability to work in a stressful environment, Meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations, Physical demands of the position, Comply with RangeWater Residential’s policies and performance expectations, Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, organizational standards, and operational processes, Report violations or infractions, Practice proper safety techniques, Immediately report any mechanical or electrical equipment malfunctions, employee/visitor/resident injuries or accidents, or other safety issues, Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater Residential’s policies and performance expectations, Work Hours (may vary by state or location): This position is scheduled for 40 hours in a regular work week., Available to work on weekends when scheduled, Able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied, Regularly required to use hands to finger, type, handle or feel objects, talk, and hear, Frequently required to walk; reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat, Intermittently required to sit, Physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities, Operate golf carts at properties with golf carts, Walk extended distances and navigate stairs to multiple levels daily, Push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance, Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus, Routine, local travel may be required to attend training classes, conduct market research, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position., Pass a drug screen, Pass an extensive background check

Execute property's marketing

and renewal strategies

and resident retention goals

Perform sales and leasing activities

Greet and qualify prospects

Conduct property tours and show apartments

and criminal background checks

Prepare lease and move-in package

Ensure smooth resident move-in and lease signing

Stay informed about market and competitor conditions

Develop and implement marketing plans

Design and execute offsite marketing activities

Implement resident referral and employer outreach programs

Use internet marketing tools

Track apartment availability

Record traffic and leasing activities

Manage resident and prospect data

Capture demographic and other information

Ensure property and show units meet company standards

Inspect marketing corridor and leasing tour

Communicate maintenance and upkeep needs

Merchandise and ensure appealing show unit and amenities

Prepare leasing office for daily leasing activities

Follow-up with prospects and new residents

Execute lease renewal program

Prepare and deliver lease renewal letters and packages

Meet with and contact renewing residents

Ensure lease renewal documents are signed and implemented

Respond to resident and client/owner concerns and questions

Document and convey requests
