Handle incoming calls

Prepare leasing files for approval
Prepare leasing files for renewals
Develop leasing marketing strategies
Participate with outreach marketing
Participate with resident events
Participate with leasing file audits
Greet prospective residents
Stay informed on market
Stay informed on amenities
Stay informed on floor plans
Communicate with prospective residents
Schedule apartment tours
Guide through leasing path
View prepared model units
View onsite amenities
Perform market surveys
Relay market surveys to Manager
Invite prospects to complete lease
Invite prospects to sign lease
