Eligibility Requirements

Team members work in an office environment but also may have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperature, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous., Incumbents must be able to physically access all exterior and interior parts of the property and amenities., Incumbents must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights of up to twenty (25) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance and be able to stand for extended periods of time., Routine, local travel may be required to attend business meetings, conduct market research, or other situations necessary for the accomplishment of some or all of the daily responsibilities of this position., Incumbents must be able to work a flexible work schedule, which may include evenings, weekends and/or holidays., Valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

What They're Looking For.

Must Have

High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years minimum of relevant experience in the application and usage of a sales, marketing, internet and customer service background sufficient to resolve customer complaints and issues and complete financial records, documents, and reports., Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively to comprehend and complete legal documents, sell and explain apartment features, and answer questions., Mathematical skills necessary to process sales conversions., Ability to apply sales skills, such as generating sales leads, conducting sales presentations, qualifying prospects, and closing., Incumbents must have all licenses and/or certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions., Incumbents must have valid driver’s license to drive a golf cart on property.

associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or related field preferred.

What You'll Do.

Executes the property’s marketing

and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy

and resident retention goals.

Acts as the first point of contact for prospective residents

guiding them through the leasing process.

Supports the planning and execution of engaging events.

Performs all sales and leasing activities to achieve the property’s revenue and occupancy goals.

Collects all pertinent information from prospective residents at move-in.

Stays informed about and collaborates on current market and competitor conditions.

Designs and executes marketing activities and events to create and drive traffic to the property.

Uses the on-site property management software application to track data.

Ensures that the property and show units meet the Company’s standards for show quality.

Follows-up with prospects and new residents within 24 hours to ensure satisfaction.

Executes and performs activities in support of the property’s lease renewal program.

Responds quickly and courteously to resident and client/owner concerns and questions.

Demonstrates customer services skills.

Attends community and networking events.

Completes various financial

and other reports and analysis.

Assists Lifestyle Coordinator by attending and assisting with the setup of events as required.
