What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2+ years of experience in Property Management or related field (i. e. hospitality, real estate), 2+ years of experience in a customer service position, Licensed Real Estate Agent, Must be authorized to work in the U. S.
What You'll Do.
Proactively manage lease expirations and initiate renewal discussions with residents to encourage timely renewals.
Serve as the primary point of contact for residents regarding renewal inquiries
and providing information about lease terms and property updates.
Work with residents to negotiate lease terms
and any necessary adjustments
maintaining a balance between resident satisfaction and owner profitability.
Prepare and process renewal agreements and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
Maintain accurate records of renewal status
resident communications
and feedback in property management software.
Stay informed about local rental market trends and provide insights to management to assist in pricing strategies and lease agreements.
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work closely with the leasing team, maintenance staff, and property managers to ensure a smooth transition during the renewal process and address any resident issues promptly.
