The Leasing Associate manages the full leasing cycle—from initial inquiry through move-in—ensuring every interaction reflects high service standards. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing, fast-paced environment and takes pride in promoting quality living experiences. ## **What You’ll Do** * Greet and qualify prospective residents while scheduling property tours * Promote apartment features, community amenities, and lifestyle benefits * Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms * Process applications, conduct background checks, and prepare lease documentation in compliance with company policies * Facilitate renewals, move-ins, and move-outs to ensure a seamless resident experience * Maintain an organized leasing pipeline using CRM and follow-up systems * Support resident retention efforts and execute lease renewal campaigns * Participate in marketing initiatives and community outreach to generate leads * Ensure model units and common areas are clean, well-maintained, and tour-ready * Assist with planning and executing resident events and promotional activities *
