Responsibilities: * Conducts daily leasing activities to achieve occupancy, rent‑growth, and conversion goals , managing all prospect interactions, tours, follow‑ups, and leasing paperwork. * Utilizes sales techniques (rapport building, qualifying, closing); collects applicant data, enters information, initiates background checks, and coordinates move‑in/move‑out readiness. * Provides resident and prospect customer service , responding to requests and complaints professionally, resolving issues quickly, maintaining PAA communication standards, and ensuring a positive customer experience. * Performs property presentation and inspection duties , ensuring cleanliness of common areas and vacant units; escorts prospects through units/amenities and operates keys/vehicles as needed. * Supports administrative and operational functions , including key and package management, move‑in file setup, competitive shopping, and offering revenue‑enhancing suggestions. * #PIQ ## Qualifications Requirements: * Multi‑family experience preferred, with a track record of meeting goals and following a structured sales process. * Strong customer service skills to support current residents and engage future prospects. * Flexible availability to work during established office hours, including weekends. * A valid driver’s license with a clean record and rel
