What You'll Do.
Conduct daily leasing
Build and manage rapport
Provide service to residents
Complete lease paperwork
Sell PAC brand and lifestyle
Achieve leasing goals
Answer telephone calls
Respond to internet inquiries
Respond to in-person requests
Perform follow-up action
Respond to resident logs
Collect/compile personal data
Enter data into database
Initiate background check
Provide follow up status
Communicate move-in/move-out status
Ensure apartments are move-in ready
Minimize apartment vacancy
Complete required paperwork
Inspect common amenities
Inspect vacant apartments
Show apartment community
Answer questions about amenities
Stay current on market issues
Perform light bookkeeping
Perform financial activities
Calculate monthly rents
Calculate pro-rated rents
Prepare letters for delinquent payments
Perform office administrative activities
Accept resident packages
Enter information on computer
Call answering service
Follow up on messages
Inspect entire property daily
Carry cleaning supplies
Clean apartment homes
Bring apartment to prospect ready standards
Escort prospects to apartment
Escort prospects to amenity areas
Operate motor vehicle
Operate keys in door locks
Process move-in paperwork
Maintain conversion ratio
Follow-up with prospects
