Must Have
3+ years’ experience in real estate leasing/asset management, Highly proficient in Excel and real estate analysis and terminology, Experience calculating NER’s, proformas, valuation metrics
Nice to Have
Post-secondary education in Real Estate or MBA is preferred, Argus experience is preferred
What You'll Do.
Manage end-to-end deal tracking process
Maintain organized lease filing systems
Prepare net effective rent (NER) analyses
Develop lease recommendations
Assist with lease documentation preparation
Support lease reporting
Coordinate broker interactions
Assist with lease RFPs for properties outside TDAM portfolio
Oversee Beacon system management (Portfolio Dashboard and hub for information)
Produce regular reporting and conduct analysis across the portfolio on leasing
Help to forge the portfolio strategy and help executing projects and ideas
Oversee capital execution
Oversee the budget process
Perform quarterly valuation of the portfolio
