Whether you’ve got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you’re looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward. **Lease Data Management** * Maintain databases promptly in Tenancy/ Master Schedule * Preparation of Tenancy Agreement & Cover Letters * Ad-hoc letters to Authorities * Drafting of Notice of Renewal & Notice of Expiry * Prompt and responsive to queries from Landlord * Input and update critical lease terms. Escalations of urgent cases to both Leasing and Landlord for necessary actions **** **Financial Management (SAP - RE Module)** * Process Rent Invoices and GTO, SOA * Monthly reconciliation of rental revenue and GTO analysis * Monitoring security deposit and stamping fee administration * Handle percentage rent calculations for retail leases **Critical Date Monitoring** * Track lease commencement and expiration dates * Monitor option exercise deadlines (renewal, expansion, termination) * Manage rent review and escalation dates * Ensure documents and stamping of documents are in compliance to deadlines and reporting requirements **Compliance & Risk Management** * Ensure compliance with lease terms and local regulations * Ensure and provide documentation in related to lease and finance audits are in order **Stakeholder Coordination** * Liaise with Landlord, accounting, and property management teams * Support lease negotiations with accurate data * Communicate with tenants, team and Landlord on administrative matters * Assist with due diligence for acquisitions/dispositions * Monthly face to face meeting with Cli
