What They're Looking For.

Must Have

1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience, Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, Frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach, Work 40 hours/week, Overtime as required

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree or above, Experience delivering training/information to peers, hourly associates, and senior management, both individually and in groups, Experience delivering messages related to performance, Ability to give and receive feedback effectively, Ability to prioritize, manage and complete projects with tight deadlines, Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy, Desire to thrive in a dynamic, growing environment, Previous Kaizen/Continuous Improvement experience, Willingness to work different shifts, Travel within a localized region to support other sites, Facilitation skills – teaching, presenting, training, Understanding of Delivery Station processes and flow

Facilitate training related programs

Coordinate training sessions based on site/regional needs

Track and provide post training debriefs

Drive execution of learning related audits

Support operational audit initiatives

Support identified retraining opportunities

Audit Powered Industrial Equipment Training program

Audit trainer standard work

Support Area Readiness programs

Support Standard work programs

Develop training programs

Track effectiveness of training programs

Monitor adherence to training programs

Ensure standard work in training programs

Seek ongoing skill development

Participate in skill classes

Conduct skill classes

Document audit results

Assess development needs for individuals

Assess development needs for groups

Understand daily production goals

React quickly and productively to problems

Serve as a resource for specific problems

Undertake appropriate steps to resolve problems

Facilitate and present to groups
