What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2-3 years of hands-on experience in related applications (e.g. LMS, LXP), Demonstrated ability to manage and work with complex L&D data within SAP SuccessFactors, contributing to data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations, A track record of effectively analyzing intricate business requirements, translating them into solutions for the Learning Technology Ecosystem, and resolving complex technical challenges, Exceptional communication skills, enabling you to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and facilitate training sessions for end-users, affinity with (generative) AI and are motivated to actively leverage this technology in your day-to-day work
Nice to Have
Experience/knowledge with SuccessFactors LMS, Degreed or other related applications is a plus
