What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Six (6) years of experience in learning management system administration, or learning and development fields required, Three (3) years of experience leading projects and/or project assignment tasks to ensure they are completed timely and within budget required, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Systems Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Nice to Have

Lean Six Sigma certificate preferred, Certifications in Learning or Knowledge Management, Lean, Six Sigma Greenlack Belt, ServiceNow, and/or SharePoint preferred

Collaborate with content SMEs, Learning Experience Designers, Knowledge Management Specialists, and stakeholders; Partner across Learning & Operational Excellence partner and enable effective deployment of learning; Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and support of critical enterprise projects

Communication Scope

Ensure effective communication with both business clients and Learning & Operational Excellence management relative to the status of initiatives and any issues which may impede a successful or timely conclusion; Consult, create, enhance, and deliver meaningful reporting to leadership and the Enterprise for various Learning Systems initiatives; Collect and evaluate key metrics to ensure solution share meaningful data with leaders; Develop dashboards and visual data reporting to enable effective business decisions

Process & Methodology

Manage multiple, complex and technical strategic projects, deployments, enhancements, integrations, and system projects simultaneously, Design consistent PM practices for project execution, Provide ongoing support for project management process, Lead department project initiatives using effective project management methodologies and tools

The individual will lead critical initiatives and efforts related to the Velera learning ecosystem, including the Learning Management System, learning design, and knowledge management functions, and serve as a consultant for the business on effective learning and knowledge deployment. Using systems design thinking and data analysis, they will develop and implement strategies to meet the needs of the organization, internal learners, and external clients.
