Global Learning Services provides customer service and advisory support to the Learning Community and business partners on global Learning systems and processes and ensuring end-to-end process completion in line with customer focused principles to ensure the Roche People Practices work for the business._ **The Opportunity** As a **Learning Specialist** you are part of a global, international team and contribute to customer experience directly. Your key responsibilities are performing complete, stringent and timely **Training & Learning** related administrative and organizational tasks in area and understanding its linkage to Personnel Administration and Organizational Management. * **Providing** insight, Tier 2 support and explanation on Learning system (Cornerstone), administering and updating Learning Catalog * **Managing** course enrollments for learners, managing invitations, registrations, reminders and follow-up on courses and attendance * **Preparing and providing** various Training-related reports and status updates for HR professionals and Training Owners * **Functionality testing** of new learning management system and a**dvising and supporting** bu
