What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience accepted., 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, and learning project management., Demonstrated experience applying adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (e. g. , ADDIE, SAM)., Experience developing eLearning and multimedia content using authoring tools (e. g. , Articulate 360, Captivate) and managing content within Learning Management Systems., experience translating complex information into clear, user-friendly learning materials., written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
Nice to Have
Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments, Certification in instructional design, project management, or learning technologies preferred., Demonstrates adaptability, curiosity, and a continuous improvement mindset.
