Must Have
Master's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Higher Education Student Affairs, or a highly relevant academic field, 2 years of demonstrated professional experience in academic coaching, student support services, or pedagogical instruction within a higher education setting, Deep understanding of evidence-based learning theories, pedagogical strategies, and diagnostic assessment, Proficiency in utilizing Student Information Systems (e.g., Academia/Serosoft) for case management, Fluency in English, Kazakh, and Russian

What You'll Do.
Conduct individual and small-group consultations
Identify learning challenges
Support development of effective study
Guide students in building skills
Monitor student progress
Adjust support approaches
Perform assessment of student learning needs
Design targeted intervention strategies
Diagnose learning deficits
Develop individualized or group-based intervention
Design targeted tutorials
Align interventions with course requirements
Deliver tutorials and structured academic support
Facilitate learning activities
Work with peer mentors
Ensure alignment of tutorials with pedagogical goals
Collaborate with faculty
Align support interventions with course
Collaborate with peer mentors and tutoring staff
Exchange feedback with academic units
Contribute to improvement of academic support practices
Maintain records of student consultations
Document session outcomes
Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of student
Prepare summaries and reports
Provide tutoring and attendance data
