Must Have

minimum of four years’ experience ideally in a Learning and/or Organisational Development role, proven experience in instructional design and e-learning, hands-on experience in Learning Management system, Proficient in learning technologies, led initiatives through the entire learning cycle, proficient in creating learning materials, graphics and presentations, analytical and data-driven decision-making skills

Nice to Have

preferably in technical or consulting environments

What You'll Do.

Manage instructional design and e-learning development

Deliver and facilitate learning and development programs and workshops both in-person and virtual

Oversee the delivery of induction and compliance training

Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) for the Region

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

collaboration with the broader SJ Global Academy team; People & Culture team; Business Leadership teams; Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
