Learning Exp Designer II Amazon Finance Operations Global Accounts Receivable - GAR Academy is looking for a Learning Experience Designer II to create, execute and manage effective training and communication strategies for the business. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have good business acumen, good communication skills, and planning/program management skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. Learning Experience Designer II will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of information design for L&D team. The Learning Experience Designer II will work closely with SME’s, channel leads, product, engineering and other stakeholders to create impactful content, training approach and manage communications for launches, enhancements and improvements. The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design strategies for performance-based outcomes, who can innovate, and move quickly. It would be an added advantage if the candidate is an good writer/content developer with the ability to convey complex ideas and information in easy-to-read, easy-to-follow, customer-focused narratives. The successful candidate has extensive research, project management, and adult education experience. Job Responsibilities: • Produce learning design plans that include content in different formats for different channels. Devise content strategy for new learning pathways and topics based on research, content gaps, and existing content performance. • Proactively anticipate AR needs, investigate underlying issues, and create short and long-term education solutions. • Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation. • Develop Story Bo
