What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Marketing, or a related field, 2+ years of relevant experience in content creation, instructional design, or training, Demonstrated proficiency in course design and development, hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline/360, Rise, Adobe Captivate, or Camtasia, Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut), Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite), writing, editing, and proofreading skills, Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Nice to Have

Familiarity with LMS platforms (e.g., Workday Learning, Cornerstone, TalentLMS), Understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies, Experience in creating gamified learning content
