Amazon FinOps GAR Academy is looking for a Learning Experience Designer to create, execute and manage effective training and communication strategy. The ideal candidate has a passion for learning and helping others. They must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and planning/program management skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. Learning experience Designer will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of information design for L&D team. The Learning experience designer will work closely with SME’s, channel leads, product, engineering and other stakeholders to create impactful content, training approach and manage communications for launches, enhancements and improvements. The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design strategies for performance-based outcomes, who can innovate, and move quickly. It would be an added advantage if the candidate is an excellent writer/content developer with the ability to convey complex ideas and information in easy-to-read, easy-to-follow, customer-focused narratives. Job Responsibilities: • Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our content efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our content offering. • Ability to understand product/business requirements, synthesize technical discussions, and incorporate existing content in developing new content. • Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation. • Develop Story Boards for Prototypes/Pilots.
