Full Job Description
Amazon FAAS (Finance-as-a-Service is looking for a Learning Experience Associate to create, execute and manage effective training and communication strategies for the business. The ideal candidate must be self-driven with a high degree of ownership and have good business acumen, good communication skills, and planning/program management skills. They must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a demonstrated capacity to balance speed and quality. Learning Experience Associate will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of information design for L&D team. The Learning Experience Associate will work closely with SME’s, operation teams and other stakeholders to create impactful content, training approach. The role requires an individual who is knowledgeable in adult learning and instructional design strategies for performance-based outcomes, who can innovate, and move quickly. It would be an added advantage if the candidate is an good writer/content developer with the ability to convey complex ideas and information in easy-to-read, easy-to-follow, customer-focused narratives. Key job responsibilities •Produce learning design plans. •Devise content strategy for new learning pathways and topics based on research, content gaps, and existing content performance. • Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation. • Develop Story Boards for Prototypes/Pilots. Set instructional end goals, create engaging learning activities and compelling course content. • Responsible for the quality of content across various internal team wikis and other documents.
