Must Have
3+ years experience in a learning, enablement or go-to-market role, Needs Analysis: Identifying root causes of performance gaps by analyzing data and stakeholder input to determine the most effective intervention., Facilitation: Leading and managing group dynamics in both physical and digital environments to ensure learning objectives are met and participants are engaged., Ability to facilitate discovery sessions to extract requirements from stakeholders., Learning Design: Applying instructional design principles to build structured learning journeys, skills frameworks, and quality multi-modal content., Strategic Stakeholder Management: Building collaborative relationships with leadership to align departmental initiatives with overarching organizational goals., Project Management: Managing complex workflows, influencing without authority, prioritizing competing demands, and managing subject matter experts (SMEs) to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment., AI Literacy & Implementation: The ability to strategically use artificial intelligence tools to automate routine tasks, enhance content output and extract insights from complex data sets.
